IN SAP HANA ,AFTER CREATING INFO VIEWS,HOW IT IS ARRIVE THE END USER?

Hello gurus.....

i am new for sap hana....i have one doubt that,

after creating information views in sap hana db,how the enduser access that info views?

is end user will use bobi tools?
